Dogliani is considered one of the best regions in Piedmont for the Dolcetto grape variety. Therefore, this origin was also awarded the DOCG status for particularly outstanding wine quality. The Dolcetto vines for this Cascina Corte wine have a considerable average age of around 65 years, which gives this wine its depth. It is only slightly sulphurized and organically grown. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, i.e. without the addition of cultivated yeast. The result is a first-class Dolcetto full of character, its aromas are reminiscent of cherries, raspberries and red currants. On the palate it has a soft and fruity character, which is why it can be enjoyed with great pleasure even in your youth. Don't underestimate Dolcetto!
