The Chardonnay Tributo by Caliterra comes exclusively from the Santa Marta Vineyard in the Casablanca Valley. It is fermented without the addition of cultivated yeasts in French barriques, including a small proportion of 8% new oak. He has a pleasingly moderate alcohol content, strength and structure, as well as an invigorating and fresh finale.
