After his studies of oenology and internships in various vineyards, Giulio de Vescovi returned to his parents' winery in 2003 with the aim of vinifying and selling high quality Teroldego, the best native red wine variety in Trentino, on which he also wrote his master thesis.
The 2018 vintage in Trentino is considered a great vintage with beautiful mature tannins. The Teroldego Rotaliano from Vescovi Ulzbach shows an intense scent of cassis, plums, cherries, cedar, and some cocoa. In the taste it is juicy, with fine intensity and ripe tannins, whose freshness perfectly reflects the cool cultivation region, the long-lasting finale is vital and in perfect harmony .
