Finally there is another Rully Blanc by Chanson. The 2022 vintage is excellent in quality and the harvest quantity is also very pleasing.
Rully is a small town on the Côte Chalonnaise in the south of Burgundy. Approximately 2/3 white wine and 1/3 red wine are produced on 355 hectares of vines. The delicate bouquet of Rully by Chanson Pere & Fils has floral notes, some pear and citrus fruits and a really great clarity, it's so subtle that you would place it on the Côte d'Or. There is also a very noble and subtle wood. On the palate it shows a lively freshness with good concentration and very good length in the finale. An extraordinarily rich vintage with crystal-clear fruit.
