Pietroso's Rosso di Montalcino was carefully handpicked and, after fermentation, aged in 30hl wooden barrels made from Slavonian oak for a year. He then spent another 6 months in the cellars of the winery before being put up for sale. At Pietroso, the Rosso also has a classic style and storage potential that should not be underestimated. This is careful winemaking with great skill, which results in exciting wines for discerning wine fans.
