Les Sorcieres (= the witches) is Hervé Bizeul's hand-picked red starter of the Domaine du Clos des Fées. A wine with very intense dark berry fruit, ripe blackberries, blueberries and blackcurrants, along with a trace of vanilla and the typical Mediterranean spices. On the palate it is just as fruity, with ripe tannins and opulent finale. There is a real concentration , Sorcieres demands intense food as a partner.
