The Queue au Renard is a blend that is common in the Jura, of Pinot Noir and the autoctone Poulsard grape. The result is a rather light colored red wine at Domaine Berthet-Bondet, as both vines are not very color-intensive, but which has a very nice structure and elegance. Enjoy it with sausage and cheese, preferably from the Jura region, of course.
