With the designation "Château Paul Mas " the best wines of the winery are labeled. The Clos des Mûres is a cuvée with a very high Syrah content, supplemented by Grenache and Mourvedre. The vines have a fairly high age between 25 and 45 years, which gives the wine power and depth. It is produced in barriques of French and American oak, which gives the wine the final excitement.
The Clos des Mûres is distinguished by a subtle spiciness and soft tannins, its body is packed in plenty of fruit, the long finale pleases by its intense cherry note and the perfectly integrated oak.
