One of the rare white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the organic winemaker Chateau Maucoil. The Grenache Blanc variety is supplemented by Bourboulenc and Clairette, the miner yield of only 25hl / ha results in a rich white wine with depth, malolactic fermentation is dispensed with in order to give the wine more freshness. It is expanded in large vats. The result is a great white wine with a lot of power, which also has no trouble with heavily spiced and intense dishes. You can also forget it in the cellar for a few years, but you don't have to, it tastes young too.
