The Reserve Chardonnay by Domaine Bousquet comes from plots in Tupungato with low yields in order to increase the concentration of the wine for the barrel aging. The vines grow at an altitude of 4000 ft. (1200m) to give the grapes coolness and finally freshness to the wine. 50% is in contact with oak barrels, 50% comes from the steel tank. This is how you achieve the best balance for this full-bodied organic Chardonnay, whose juiciness and creamy fullness on the palate is impressive.
