Spicy, soft and harmonious is the Cabernet Sauvignon Vignobles Paul Mas. Its color is garnet red with a violet tint. In the nose, aromas of red and black currant and Mediterranean herbs, that also come along in the taste of the wine. On the palate it is fruity, the tannins are pronounced but soft, so that it can be drunk young. Culinary is versatile, meat dishes stewed or from the grill fit perfectly to it, as well as pasta and cold plates.
The wines of the Vignobles Paul Mas range are produced from vineyards of the Nicole estate near Pézenas and the Château Paul Mas in Conas. Michel Mas is responsible for the vinification and is supported by the Australian oenologist Richard Osborne, who mainly cares about the white wines.
