Ameri is the top product of Domaine Bousquet. It is named after the co-owner Labid al Ameri. The best Malbec (over 50%), Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot grapes of a vintage are used for this wine. They come from the highest single vineyard (over 400m) in Tupungato and are the last to be harvested. After fermentation, this wine is aged 16-month in French oak barrels, only the best is used to produce this wine. This full-bodied red wine cuvée has a sweeping bouquet of red and dark berries, the barrel aging gives it the noble spice, the long finale is full of ripe tannins and lots of extract.
