Santadi’s Noras consists of Cannonau, as the Grenche Noir on Sardinia is called and 10% Carignano, growing in traditional bushes in very well located vineyards. The Noras shows a beautiful complexity and depth, the ageing in used barriques supports the fruit, without dominating it, the basic character of the wine is Mediterranean spicy and velvety. Due to its intensity, it goes well with intense dishes, it is particularly good with stews, game and cheese.
