Santadis Noras consists of Cannonau, as the Grenache Noir is called in Sardinia, and 10% Carignano, grown in preferred locations in of traditional bush education grow. The Noras shows a nice complexity and depth, the used barriques support the fruit without dominating it, the basic character of the wine is Mediterranean, spicy and velvety. Due to its intensity, it also withstands intensive dishes, and it goes particularly well with stews, game and cheese.
Robert Parker rated it 91/100 for the 2015 vintage, unfortunately no newer vintage was tasted/rated there.
