Hand-picked from well-matured grapes, the Bottega Vinai shows the beautiful character of this vine, softness, extract and a suitable barrique aging. It has an intense cherry red color, with ruby red reflections. The scent is playful and concentrated, notes of plum, blueberry and raspberry, complemented by the elegant vanilla notes from the barrique. On the palate it is juicy, with great harmony and a lingering aftertaste, supported by the perfect amount of tannins. That's how it works!
