The Malvazijica by Roxanich is fermented with not too intensive contact with the mash, so an orange wine also for connoisseurs who want to get to grips with this type of wine first. It differs from many Malvazijas from Istria mainly because of its full body, as it is obtained from very ripe grapes and because of its grippy structure. This wine does not want to be a light summer drink, but a serious, dense white wine with strength, structure and a fine saltiness in the long finish.
