Les Cazetiers is considered to be one of the best 1er Crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. The talent of quality fanatic Charles Magnien regularly brings superb wines here, with complexity, depth and a lot of grip, all in the rather opulent style of the winery.
The very fine 2021 vintage shows a beautiful ruby red color. Despite the youth of the wine, the scent is already very present, notes of black fruits that show the excellent ripeness of the Pinot Noir, paired with a noble oak influence. On the palate it is powerful and playful, with an excellent tannin quality that brings elegance and freshness to the wine, the finish is very long. A great burgundy with aging potential.
