The Castalides Édition is the most awrded wine in the La Grange range. He has received several medal and awards in recent years, most certainly the most spectacular were the 94/100 for the 2011 in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.
The great advantage of this wine is its grip on the palate, with all its fullness it has a lot of grip, remains always elegant and drinkable, which succeeds only few wines from warm cultivation zones. In the fragrance he accompanies a delicate wild fermentation scent , a lot of ripe sour cherry, some wood and bay leaves, a great and various bouquet.
The cuvée consists of Syrah and Grenache Noir, grown in the new AOP Languedoc Pézenas, one of the most prominent AOPs in Languedoc.
