A top wine from the house of Sutil, made from selected grapes from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Carmenere, Merlot and Petit Verdot grape varieties, grown in the Chilean Colchagua Valley. The 12-month expansion takes place in 100% French oak, barrique and fudre. Since good things take time, Acrux is allowed to rest in the bottle for a year before it goes on sale.
The Sutil Aucrux 2019 has a very deep and intense ruby red colour. The scent is reminiscent of aromas of ripe red fruits, jam, nutmeg and some mint. On the palate with intense fruit and full body. A powerful performance.
The 2019 vintage was once again highly praised by the press, with 94/100 from the South American magazine Descorchados and a gold medal from The Drinks Business.
