The Edition Limitada "A" from Caliterra consists of similar parts of the Carmenere and Malbec grape varieties, grown in the Colchagua Valley. The Malbec contributes an unusually intense floral note, the Carmenere the spice, power and finesse.

The wine has a dark red color with an almost black core; in addition to the floral notes already mentioned, the scent also includes currants and pomegranate. The wine is powerful, structured and long-lasting, it should develop beautifully for at least 10 years from harvest. An impressive red wine with a pronounced Andean character.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate rates the Edition A 2018 with 92/100 and writes: "The Andine red blend 2018 Edición Limitada A was produced with 80% Malbec and 20% Carmenere, reflecting a cooler year when Malbec ripened thoroughly and kept the alcohol to a contained 13%. It's spicy and expressive with a medium body and very fine tannins plus a chalky texture that made it very attractive. 6,600 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2020."
