The Sv. Roko of Saints Hills grows in a steep vineyards, which have been planted according to the most modern methods with the traditional grape variety of Dalamtia, the Plavac Mali.
The first vintages turned out to be quite strong, with the 2016 vintage the unique stylistics of this wine seems to be found perfectly. It has a wonderful spicey note, wild herbs, berries and barrique. This is very animating and magically distinctive. The wine has an excellent extract, but also grip and structure, which leads to a animating drinkability, which is rare in wines from comparable warm cultivation zones. Great wine! Kudos to Ernest Tolj and Michel Rolland .
