The Stemmari Reserva is made from Nero d’Avola grapes, the best local red wine variety in Sicily. The grapes grow in the localities of Ragusa and Agrigento. Some of the high-quality grapes are stored in French oak barrels, another part in steel tanks. After the maturation period of approx. 10 months, the final marriage of the wines takes place in a soft and juicy red wine cuvée with a delicate note of wood. It is released for sale after a further 12 months in the bottle. Enjoy this inexpensive flatterer with pizza, pasta and Mediterranean meat or grill dishes.
