Ripasso from Biscardo (formerly known as maurizioBmartino) Biscardo is aged in 30 hectoliter wooden barrels of Slavonian oak for a year according to the above procedure and also part for short ones Time in barrique (no new). The Biscardo Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore has a ruby red color. Its scent is reminiscent of cherries and cocoa, and it also has a delicate note of dried fruit, which is contributed by the Amarone pomace. The taste is juicy, full-bodied and wonderfully round. In the long finale it shows a lot of charm and intense fruit.
