Plavac Mali is the top grape among the red vines in Dalmatia. It produces full-bodied and opulent, soft red wines with a Mediterranean character. The Stina Plavac, grown on the stony white soil of the island of Brac, is one of the best red wines in the country. Modern winemaking in connection with a special terroir lead to a spicy red with ripe tannins and a lot of body. Meat dishes of all kinds are his domain, of course he is also suitable as a meditative red wine, e.g. in front of the fireplace.
