The Dingac from Dalmatia is one of the most spectacular wine landscapes in the world. In this steep sloping vineyard with a unique panorama to the seaside, grow the most voluminous red wines of Croatia. Plavac Mali grapes often reach a natural alcohol content of more than 15%. The Saints Hills Dingac is certainly the "Grand Cru" of Dalmatia. Michel Rolland tames the leathery tannins of this wine like no other.
The consultant Oenologist Michel Rolland managed to tame the tannins and to keep the wine surprisingly elegant, the Dingac has a mediterranean spicy charakter and a great length in the final. Plavac at its best!
