In cooler locations, the Pinot Noir also thrives splendidly in Chile. Vina Sutil grows it on a northwest-facing hill in the Casablanca Valley, which is known for its cool climate wines. Everything is carefully hand-picked here. After fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in used barriques (second use), which gives it a noble finish and a light toasted aroma. A wonderfully smooth Pinot with lots of fruit (cherry and strawberry) that will appeal to a wide audience.
