The la Guillotine is limited to a barrique per year and is based mainly on the Grenache grape. Here, of course, the same high standard applies to the other Petite Revolution wines, such as 200% new barriques and minimal yields of highly ripe grapes. It is the most charming wine in the collection, early drinkable, yet profound, enormously concentrated and with an immense length in the finale. Gregor Drescher made a great Guillotine in 2015. Perfect maturity with best balance, which occupies the palate for minutes and always shows tension and grip. This is probably the best la guillotine ever produced since its premiere in 2010.
