With the Limited Release label, Vina Sutil bottles a special Cabernet selection whose grapes come from the Maipo Valley and are particularly well ripened. From 2018, the limited release wines will all be in Burgundy bottles, which may seem a bit unusual for a Cabernet, but doesn't spoil the enjoyment.
The Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon from Vina Sutil matures longer in barriques than its counterpart from the Grand Reserve line and has a higher proportion of new barriques made from French oak. The scent is reminiscent of ripe black currants, cherries, cocoa and tobacco. On the palate it shows a nice depth and is powerful, the tannins fit in well and are always supple. A great Cabernet Sauvignon with a typical Chilean style.
