The Clos des Fées is the heart of Herve Bizeul's more than 100 plots. It consists of Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan and Mourvedre and is 100% aged in new barriques. Here, the most stringent quality standards are set: intensive vineyard work, rigorous yield limitation and no compromises in the wine maturing. This creates a powerful and very dense red wine, which is one of the best wines of the Midi. Its opulence and power is as impressive as the balance on an extremely high level. The 2011 vintage received 95/100 at Robert Parker's Wine Advocate!
