One of the greatest wines in Spain and the world, the Vega Sicilia Unico is a very long-lived classic with real dimensions and a lot of prestige, a wine that is unique in terms of style and production. It ages in barriques and large barrels, then in the bottle for a long time before it even goes on sale. This is usually the case around 10 years after the harvest. A well-stored Vega Sicilia Unico can still be a great pleasure even after 40 years of maturity, as many old vintages prove.
