The Zenato Bianco di Custoza white wine comes from the Veneto region, between Lazise, Peschiera and Valeggio, around the town of Custoza. It consists of Garganega, Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Friulano and Riesling grape varieties from vineyards in the heart of the Custoza region, south-east of Lake Garda. The Chardonnay and Tocai (Friulano) grapes are harvested in the first week of September and the Riesling and Garganega grapes only in the second half of September.
This deliciously fresh wine has a straw yellow color and a fruity bouquet. The taste of the Bianco di Custoza is balanced, charming, fresh and relatively light. It is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes well with starters, pasta or fish dishes.
