The Georg Breuer winery in Rüdesheim/Rheingau is one of the really big names in German viticulture. Best plots in the Rüdesheim "Berg-vineyards" and even a monopoly, the Rauenthaler Nonneberg, are the basis of the excellent quality, the skills of Theresa Breuer and her team do the rest. The Riesling dominates the approximately 40 hectares of vineyards, there is also 10% Pinot Noir and small proportions of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, Orléans and Heunisch planted.
The Breuer wines shine above all with their brilliant clarity and elegance. Pure fruit aromas, balance and body are the top priority and more important than the highest possible must weight. Cultivation and wine making are carried out using traditional methods and in harmony with nature. The Georg Breuer winery is a member of the Fair'n green association, which promotes sustainable viticulture.
