The Domaine des Ronces was founded in 1950 by Georges Mazier in the southern part of the Jura. They grow organically since 2010 and biodynamic since 2014. The winery is Demeter certified since 2016. All this is less important than the outstanding quality of the wines, Michel and Kevin Mazier's wines shine with clarity and style. The complete portfolio, from sparkling wines to white and red wines, to Vin Jaune, the yellow wine, is all created with great care and knowledge. Still, this domain is relatively unknown, making the wines are still available at a reasonable price. That will probably change soon.
