Thomas Hensel makes wines for the stomach, not for the head. Everything from his collection is soft and charming, the focus is on the fruit. Wines that almost everyone can taste, but at a high level, are what make the winery so successful.
The Hansel wines have names derived from the nearby sports airfield. Aufwind, Höhenflug and Ikarus are the three in-house quality levels, and there are also wines in one liter bottles.
