Coppola Winery - Francis Ford, Kalifornien

In 1979 Francis Ford Coppola was one of the first of the filmindustrie to found a winery. Many should follow him. Looking ahead, Coppola bought part of the legendary Inglenook winery in the Napa Valley. As already as a director, he was extremely successful as a winemaker, too. Of course, it helps to start with a famous name, but long-term success can only be achieved if the quality of your product is perfect. "Winemaking and filmmaking are two great art forms," says Coppola.

His oenologist Corey Beck, who was awarded the "Winemaker of the Year 2012" at the San Francisco International Wine Competition, also played a major role in the success of the winery.

Rosso & Bianco is the entry-level, Diamond Collection the high-quality line of grape varieties from top vineyards in Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Monterey and Paso Robles. Director’s Cut is the premium label of the winery.
