Casa Emma - Tuscany

Casa Emma is a winery with tradition. In 1969 Fiorella Lepri bought the farm in San Donato in Poggio from Emma Bizzarri and decided to keep the name: Casa Emma.

The traditional agriculture is still practiced today, consisting of twenty-eight hectares of vines and around 1000 olive trees. At Casa Emma, tradition and modernity go hand in hand. The cool locations around the winery at an altitude of around 430m are cultivated with a great deal of expertise and with great respect for nature. The grape varieties are of course led by the Tuscan flagship variety Sangiovese, along with some Merlot, Ciliegiolo and Malvasia Nera. In addition to various Chianti, from the Classico to the Gran Selezione, Brunello is now also in the range. Only red wines of a very high standard are produced, which perfectly reflect the grape varieties and origin.

As a logical consequence, the conversion to organic cultivation is underway.
