The Domaine Berthelemot was created in 2006 by mergering of two Domaines. Brigitte Berthelemot has quickly got an excellent reputation for red and white wines from the Côte de Beaune, which are already exported all over the world. More recently, new vineyards in Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet have been acquired, so the Domaine now has a wide range of first class vineyards. As far as possible close to nature is concerned, in order to bring the best quality and character of the individual layers into the bottle unadulterated. Since 2015, the organic certification is in preparation, the vintages starting with 2021 will be certified organic.
Numerous awards from various media such as Guide Hachette, Bettane + Dessenauve and La Revue du Vin de France testify to the high quality of Berthelemot wines. At "Bourgogne Aujourd'hui" the domain was nominated for the election "Winery of the Year" .
