At Werther Windisch there is only a little red wine, one of which is the dry estate wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. A fresh type of red wine with noticeable acidity is deliberately sought here, which is allowed to smooth out a little in 600 liter barrels and used barriques. This makes it so stable that it only needs a small amount of sulfur. In addition, this organic and vegan wine is not filtered.
Werther Windisch's Pinot Noir Gutswein has a fine cherry fruit, cedar wood and a delicate smoky note in the bouquet. A firm body with crisp acidity awaited you on the palate, the wine is invigorating and has a good length. We recommend enjoying it cooler, preferably at 12-14° Celsius.</p>
