The dry, fruity rosé by Werther Windisch consists of Pinot Noir (60%), Portugieser (30%) and 10% Dornfelder grapes. It is in the upper dry area, i.e. tending towards semi-dry. Here you get a lot of charm in the glass, a delicious terrace or party wine that tastes good in summer and winter. It has a clear and aromatically cool nose, smells of strawberries, cherries and freshly mown meadows. On the palate it shows a lot of charm and a good balance between fruit, acidity and body, it is delicate and fresh in the mouth, which makes it enormously drinkable.
