The Black Swan Sauvignon Blanc is blended from grapes from the two best vineyards of the winery. No oak is used here, nevertheless this is a white wine with an great aging potential of 10 to 20 years after harvest. The long yeast storage gives the wine a natural stability, the perfectly ripened grapes ensure aroma and a full body.
The scent of the Black Swan shows notes of nettle, flint and elderflower, citrus fruits and stone fruit are added on the palate. The vibrant acidity accompanies the full and long finish. A great wine.
