The Tavel is considered one of the very best rosé wines in France. From a master hand like Delas, it certainly lives up to this claim, stylistically it is intense and powerful, but it also has an invigorating moment, since depending on the vintage character, malolactic fermentation is prevented so that the wine appears fresher. In the scent you will find ripe stone fruit and roasted almonds, as well as Mediterranean spices. A wine that ideally reflects its origin and is a perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine.
The rather cool year 2021 brought a lively and vital Tavel Rosé, which is lighter than in previous years, but is also very attractive because of this. We particularly liked it.
