Senda de Leñadores means lumberjack's path, hence the two lumberjacks on the label and the decorative wooden design capsule. It is one of the Vinos de Pago from Bodegas Aylés. In addition to the local varieties of Garnacha and Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are also used here. It is aged in barriques made from American and French oak.

The Senda de Leñadores has a bright ruby red color. The intense scent is reminiscent of red and dark berries, cardamom, chocolate and eucalyptus. The taste is voluminous, but also has a fine minerality and a good bite due to its ripe tannins in the juicy and very long finish.

An excellent wine that has received many awards, from GUÍA PEÑIN there were 93/100 for the 2020, 2018 and 2017 vintages, the current 2020 vintage also received a gold medal at the Mundus Vini wine award. This shows not only the high quality, but also the consistency of this first-class winery.

The Senda de Leñadores is a perfect partner for intensive dishes, game, pan-fried dark meat, pot roast or grilled dishes are particularly suitable.
