The sparkling and fresh sparkling wine from the Werther Windisch winery is called 6° 10minutes, which corresponds to its geographical origin. It consists of Bacchus, Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau and therefore has an aromatic character. After fermentation in steel tanks, the carbonic acid is added. In terms of carbon dioxide pressure and its charming fruitiness, it is comparable to a Frizzante.
The scent of the 6° 10minutes features citrus fruits, green melon and apples. On the palate it is very invigorating and wonderfully uncomplicated, the juicy fruit goes perfectly with the freshness of the perlage. This creates a great balance and with it a lot of drinking pleasure. It's ideal for parties, receptions and just because, when you are in the mood of it.
