The Savigny-les-Beaune les Goudelettes comes from the home village of the Domaine Guyon. Here, too, the change of generations becomes evident in clearer, more precise and perfectly made Burgundies, the excellent vintage 2018 completes the whole thing. A very clear and beautiful nose with a subtle oak influence (15% new wood). On the palate, despite the opulent vintage, rather classically weighted, not too fruity, lots of bite and structure, designed for bottle maturity, the balance is right.
