Ruinart champagne rosé 0.75l

The history of Ruinart goes far back into the past. The Ruinart family was a bourgeois family of cloth merchants who came from Champagne. While traveling in Europe, Dom Ruinart presented his customers with champagne, realizing the potential and popularity of the delicious sparkling wine at the aristocratic courts. He took his ideas for production and visions for the future with him from his trade trips and shared them with his brother Nicolas. So it happened that the Ruinart family gave up the cloth trade in 1735 to concentrate exclusively on the production of champagne. The descendants of Nicolas Irénne Ruinart succeeded in supplying all European royal families with first-class champagne.

The history of champagne rosé dates back to the 18th century. It is still popular today and stands out with its excellent quality of manufacture. The peculiarity of the Ruinart Champagne Rosé lies in the mixture of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the reserve wines of the harvest of the two previous years.

The color of the Ruinart champagne rosé is noble and delicate with a hint of orange reflections. Its freshness and fullness are optically underlined by the constantly rising perlage.

The exotic fruits such as guava and lychee that one perceives on the nose adapt perfectly to the small red fruits such as pomegranate, raspberry, wild berry and cherry. This creates a balance on the palate and gives the Ruinart Champagne Rosé a full-bodied and lively finish.

If you complement the Ruinart Rosé with half-cooked salmon or leg of suckling lamb, its many facets come to light. The Ruinart champagne rosé can also only shine with veal fillet that has been prepared at a low temperature.
