A well-balanced Riesling with typical Alsatian style, with 6.5 g/l residual sugar it is in the upper dry range and has a very smooth taste for a Riesling. The scent is reminiscent of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, pears and delicately of a flower meadow. The taste of the Riesling Signature from Wolfberger is very fruity, typical of the variety, with a fine acidity that provides freshness and a very delicate residual sweetness, which ensures the creaminess in the finale.
A very nice and inexpensive Riesling from Alsace, a great accompaniment to freshwater fish, a cold sausage and cheese starter and especially to an Alsatian sauerkraut platter (choucroute garnier). It is also a very good soloist, ideal for the terrace or a larger event as it is very harmonious for a dry Riesling.
