Emilia-Romagna

Emilia-Romagna is north of Tuscany. The most famous wine of the region is certainly the Lambrusco. In addition, the Aceto Balsamico is made here, for which a not inconsiderable part of the grape production is used. The region's dry red wines, some of which are excellent, are less well known and are mainly produced from the Sangiovese grape.
