The popularity of Prosecco is unbroken. The fruity crackling wine from Italy can only be cultivated in the province of Treviso in Veneto and consists of the grape variety Glera (until 2009 this was even called Prosecco). The Prosecco Frizzante contains less carbonic acid than a sparkling wine and is ideal as an aperitif or for a friendly get-together. Prosecco should always be consumedwhen it is fresh bottled. Do not store it longer than a few months.
The Bertoldi Prosecco Frizzante comes from Treviso and got the DOC rating for particularly good origins. It is fresh and balanced, fruity and soft. This is how Prosecco should taste.
