The Pinot Grigio or Pinot Gris the Cantina Tramin is fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks. In order to keep it fresh, no malolactic fermentation is used. The result is an excellent wine whose full-bodied and extract-rich taste is pleasantly soft and with a perfect balance in the long-lasting finale. Enjoy it with fish dishes, pasta, white meat or mushrooms.
