The Château Paul Mas Belluguettes Blanc consists of Vermentino, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and the fragrant Viognier from the Belluguettes vineyard. Best grapes material from low yields is selected, carefully processed and fermentes separated by variety in barriques. Then the final blend is created and stored for four months in French and American barriques.
This creates a powerful white wine , which already impresses by its vanilla touch and the ripe tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, also brioche and toast. On the palate it has a great abundance, a lot of power and substance, it requires an intensive food like veal, wild game or a porcini risotto. For the desired concentration, the price is to be marked as favorable .
