The Kammerer Lamm is a first class vineyard according to the classification of Austrian traditional wineries, in short: 1 ÖTW. Birgit Eichinger has the grape variety Grüner Veltliner here, which produces particularly expressive wines in this exposed south-facing location with loess and loam soils. The Lamm-Veltliner are full-bodied, intense, powerful and balanced at a very high level. They have a storage potential of many years to decades.
Falstaff magazine writes about the 2020s: "Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Yellow pear fruit underlaid with fresh meadow herbs, a hint of mango and papaya, tangerine zest, delicately reminiscent of blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fine nuances of apricot, freshly structured, appears lively and relatively light-footed, a very well-balanced food companion. 93-95/100."
